CityWorks provided architecture, planning, and community engagement services to clients based in San Diego and Los Angeles Counties. The firm prioritized equitable engagement practices that limited common barriers to access information (such as language, physical limitations, or digital resources) and the input of community members often excluded from decision-making. My work supported these endeavors by placing ease of use and clarity as key components of the design stage that improved communication during outreach events. Internally, I created marketing proposal templates, slide decks, and portfolios to help increase the firm's visibility, while streamlining processes for a smoother workflow.
