
SDG&E Outreach
Overview
The SDG&E Utilities Underground Project Customer Concierge Service was developed to inform customers about the process and phases of removing overhead power lines within their service area. In addition to emails and regular website updates, the concierge service also reached out via direct mail, provided door-to-door notifications, and included a dedicated phone line for questions or concerns.
Outcome
This project required working with the previously established SDG&E brand and any subsequent updates to maintain consistency with their identity. The creative strategy was to ensure customers had all the tools they needed to stay up-to-date as the phases progressed. Developing assets that fit seamlessly into their brand was a strong point, and proved useful for adding additional projects as the services expanded.
